The Low FODMAP Diet for IBS
What is the Low FODMAP Diet?

The low FODMAP diet is clinically recommended for the management of IBS. It has been shown to be particularly helpful for symptoms such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain and bloating.
FODMAPS are groups of carbohydrates which are poorly digested and can trigger digestive symptoms in some people with IBS. I can help you discover which of the FODMAP groups are triggering symptoms and the quantity that can be tolerated before symptoms start.

Gaby is a brilliant dietitian.

She's given me the time I needed to review all my symptoms in so much detail, gave me a ton of options to explore and a precise report.

I highly recommend her and don't know how else I could carry on with my IBS otherwise.
